We are a family run business, we have been operating for the last 13 years. We are open 6 days a week.
With 2 service bays, we offer MOT testing facilities for the following classes of vehicle -
- CLASS 1/2 (MOTORCYCLES AND MOTORCYCLES WITH SIDECARS)
- CLASS 4 (CARS AND LIGHT COMMERCIALS UP TO 3000KG, CARAVANS TO 3500KG)
- CLASS 7 (LIGHT COMMERCIALS FROM 3000KG TO 3500KG)
Other services include air conditioning system maintenance and computerised 4-wheel alignment.
Air Conditioning:
The cooling capacity of your air conditioning system can be seriously affected after just 3 years. This is because up to 15% of the fluid is lost every year from hoses and connection points. Ideally, your air con system should be serviced every 2 years to ensure that it is operating correctly.
Wheel Alignment:
It seems so obvious that your car should travel in a straight line when the steering wheel is at rest that many drivers forget about having a wheel alignment check and only find out that there is a problem once it becomes severe.
Here's what you should be looking out for :
- the steering wheel is not central when driving on the flat in a straight line
- your car pulls from one side to the other - especially when braking
- your tyres are unevenly worn, or make a squealing sound when you turn
- the steering control feels loose
